To further protect the security of your account, we have recently added enhanced ATM/debit card fraud detection. This new system alerts us when there is suspicious activity with your card, so we can call you to confirm whether or not the transaction should be allowed.
Do we have your current phone number?
If your phone number has changed since your account was opened, or if your main phone is now a mobile number that we may not have, please:
• Call your local office, or
• Let your teller know.
